Mr. Pumpkinhead

Grammy helped the boys make adorable pumpkins with assorted faces. Jaron was smart enough to make himself 2 faces (one on the front and one on the back).

The Bloomsburg Fair

We made our annual trip to the Bloomsburg Fair on Sunday. Mommy has gone every year since she was a young girl and this was the warmest, most crowded day I can ever remember at the fair! It was in the mid-80's. They weren't selling much hot chocolate and hot apple cider that day! We made it to see the cows, horses, sheep, chickens, rabbits, turkey, ducks and llama. Mommy and Daddy got to eat some good food and the boys had lots of "fair" (junk) food. We plan on making another trip at the end of the week with Nanna and Poppa.

Thomas the Train

Grammy and Pappy took the boys to Strasburg to ride the real Thomas the Train with moving eyes and all! They got to take a nice train ride. Everyone had a great time!

Again?!

Yes, we ventured to Knoebel's again this year. Pappy was finally able to go with us so we went for Grandparent's day. The kids are a blast to watch!

Happy Labor Day!

We had gorgeous weather today and decided to have a picnic at a park. The kids loved taking the picnic basket. We got home and played outside some more while we grilled for dinner. We're enjoying the last days of summer!

The Green Hornets

Jaron had his first soccer game on Sunday. The coach let each kid pick a name for the team and the name he chose was The Snake Machine but Green Hornets won the vote. The team had their first win, 3-2. Jaron was very timid but had fun running after the ball. Landon had a blast kicking and throwing the soccer ball in the net with a bunch of girls at the game. Let's hope Jaron gets a little more aggressive as the season goes on!
